Music Time is pleased to offer FIVE camps to choose from for Summer 2009 in TWO LOCATIONS. There's something for children ages infant through rising 6th grade.
Piano Fun for Young Beginners
Age 4-5
4 days, 60-minute classes
w/out Parent or Caregiver
These Group Classes will introduce your child to the piano through creative games and activities just right for the very young beginner. If you're thinking about having your child enroll in fall lessons, this is the opportunity to try it out first. A home keyboard is recommended, but not necessary for the summer classes Piano Book included.

Set your baby's day to classical music. With a little more Tchaikovsy in your "Twinkle, Twinkle" repertoire you'll discover new ways your baby benefits from the classics as you both develop an appreciation for the world's most respected music. Each lesson features new activities and songs you can sing for all the places you go together - the store, the playground, the doctor's office and more.

Tell Me A Tale
4 - 7 years
5 days, 45-minute classes
w/out Parent or Caregiver
Through storytelling, children will develop an early awareness of rhythm, movement, singing and drama. Each lesson features a new tale from around the world, explored through multi-instrument and multi-cultural elements. All told, it's an around-the-imagination adventure of the greatest stories from Europe, Malaysia, South Africa, and more!

You guessed it......water and music fun! Bath time songs, splash-time songs, boat songs and more. Plus we'll explore groupings and patterns of threes. In class we will sing songs that help your child seek and find that pattern such as in Row, Row, Row Your Boat.
At Home Materials: Beach Ball, Home CD and magazine-style Family Guide
Sing sailor songs and make the ocean count. "Five little seashells lying on the shore: Swish! Went the waves and then there were four." Make homemade kites and fish sandwiches using fish-shaped bread and P.B. and J. Home Materials: Home CD, pair of seashell castanet instrument, a set of 10 story cards and 5 picture folders.
On The Road!
3.5-5 yrs
5 days/60-minute classes
Parent joins for last 15 minutes
Re-live your childhood, with your child. Every song is likely to revive a memory from your summers’ past. Play “Eye Spy” and find shapes in the clouds to pass the time. Take imaginary trips in a bus named “Van Go” to fun-filled vacation destinations such as the carnival, a summer cottage, and the beach.
