Small Group, Partner and Private Lessons
Moppets : age 4-6, 50 minute classes

Music Makers at the Keyboard: age 6-9, 60 minute classes. Based on an aural approach to music literacy that provides a natural pathway to reading. This method features a variety of activities which help lay the foundation for success at the keyboard and independant musicianship.
Partner classes : age 4 - adult, 50 minute classes. Include piano playing as well as games and activities through which children will gain a firm musical background. The skills gained in this pier motivated environment will further their interest in piano or other instruments of their choice. Teachers use a carefully sequenced program of rudiments, harmony, ear training, sight reading, dictation, and improvisational skills. It's fun to come to piano class with a friend!
Private Lessons: age 6 - adult, 30 minute lesson
Students are placed in class according to a combination of the following criteria:
- Age
- Experience
- Developmental Level
- Parent/Teacher schedules
Now accepting new students for August 2010. Call or email for information on availability and to schedule an interview/registration time.
This interview is an opportunity for you and your child to explore the classroom, get to know the teachers, and discuss scheduling. The teachers will lead the child through a short series of music activities to discern developmental abilities of the child for placement purposes. Also, at this time, Music Time's Policies and Procedures will be discussed.
We will work with the parent to place the child in the most positive learning environment as well as considering personal schedules.
Lessons available on:
Monday 3:00 – 6:00
Tuesday 2:00 – 7:00
Thursday 3:00 – 7:30
Saturday 10:00 a.m – 1:00 p.m
MTLC has two to three teachers available each day (one on Saturdays). Exact start times vary from teacher to teacher.
$450 for one 18 week semester. Fall and Spring semesters available
$90 monthly payments
$15 discount for payment in full at first class
$81 monthly payment for sibling
$50 annual registration and materials fee due at registration or to be put on waiting list
Payments are due by the 1st of each month.
